Refund Policy

At our IT services website, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions, software, and services that meet the expectations of our clients. This Refund Policy explains our practices regarding cancellations, refunds, and service-related issues.

1. Digital Services and Products

As an IT service provider, most of our offerings are digital, including:

  • Software development services
  • Website and mobile app development
  • IT consulting and support
  • Cloud solutions and managed IT services

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales and service agreements are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or access has been provided.

2. Service Agreement and Payment Terms

Before starting any project, we provide a detailed proposal and agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and pricing. Payments are typically structured as:

  • Advance Payment / Deposit: Required before the project begins.
  • Milestone Payments: Paid upon reaching agreed project milestones.
  • Final Payment: Due upon completion and delivery of the project.

Refunds will be considered only in cases where the agreed services are not delivered as per the contract or if there is a material error on our part.

3. Refund Requests

If you believe a refund is warranted:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of payment or service delivery.
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, along with supporting evidence.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in certain circumstances, including:

  • Services partially delivered but not meeting agreed specifications.
  • Overpayment or billing errors.

Partial refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and delivered to the client at the time of the request.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after services have been delivered or work has commenced.
  • Dissatisfaction due to delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed approvals, materials, or feedback).
  • Services delivered in accordance with the agreed project scope and requirements.
6. Cancellations
  • Clients may request project cancellations before work begins. In this case, any advance payment may be partially refunded after deducting administrative fees.
  • Once work has started, cancellations may result in no refund, depending on the progress and resources allocated.
